Mechanical Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems
- Drive continuous improvements in design and manufacturing processes
- Prepare technical documentation: drawings, BOM, manuals, specifications
- Provide technical support to production teams and customers
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–3 years experience in manufacturing (drilling or heavy equipment preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems
Hydraulic Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop hydraulic systems for HDD drilling equipment
- Support production teams and resolve technical issues
- Prepare hydraulic schematics and technical documentation
- Collaborate with mechanical design and assembly teams
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Hydraulic Engineering
- Experience with hydraulic systems in manufacturing or heavy equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Hydraulic/Mechanical Assembler
Shift: 6:00AM – 2:30PM, Full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Assembly of machines from basic skeleton to final product
- Work with hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Read and follow detailed blueprints and schematics
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of assembly experience
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems required
- Electrical knowledge is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent
WelderÂ
Shift: 6:00AM – 2:30PM, Full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Welding of structural and mechanical components for HDD equipment
- Work from technical drawings and specifications
- Maintain quality standards throughout production
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment
- MIG/TIG welding preferred
- Ability to read blueprints
Warehouse Shipper-ReceiverÂ
Shift: 8:00AM – 4:30PM, Full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing incoming shipments
- Preparing and organizing outgoing orders
- Maintaining accurate warehouse records
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Basic English
- Warehouse or shipping experience preferred
Purchasing Agent / Parts & Logistics Coordinator Â
Shift: 8:00AM – 4:30PM, Full-time.
Responsibilities:

- Processing customer parts requests from dealers and end users
- Handling complex technical parts inquiries
- Coordinating and organizing order shipments
- Preparing basic accounting and shipping documentation
