he successful installation of 240 feet of 20-inch FPVC (Fusible Polyvinyl Chloride) pipe by Faith Underground using UNI 40x55 horizontal directional drill (HDD) exemplifies efficient and minimally invasive pipeline construction. The project began with a thorough site survey and planning phase, ensuring a clear and obstacle-free path for drilling. The HDD rig then drilled a precise pilot hole along the mapped route.

After completing the pilot hole, a reaming tool expanded the borehole to the required diameter for the 20-inch pipe. The FPVC pipe, fused into a continuous segment, was carefully pulled back through the reamed hole. Upon completion, the installation was tested for structural integrity and pressure resistance, confirming a flawless setup.
